Payment information

SEMBONIA does not store your card details or payment credentials. These are handled by the relevant payment gateway service provider. We retain order and transaction records, such as payment status and transaction references, to administer your purchase.

For Malaysia buyers: Payments are processed through Adaptis (iPay88).

For international buyers: Payments are processed through Airwallex.

Relevant information may be shared with the payment provider and participating financial institutions for processing, authentication, fraud prevention and related services.

Please do not send your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time password to our Customer Service team.

Delivery and customs

For Malaysia buyers: We share necessary delivery information with DHL eCommerce Malaysia.

For international buyers: We share necessary information with DHL Express and, where required, customs-clearance providers and relevant authorities.

This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, shipment contents, declared value and information required for customs clearance.

Sharing your information

We may share information with service providers that support our online store, payments, deliveries, customer service, website operation and analytics.

These include Shopify, our payment gateway providers, our delivery providers and Google Analytics. We limit disclosures to information relevant to the service or purpose involved and apply appropriate safeguards.
